This is rather Interesting, I noticed a while back much of Our Experiences go in a up and down cycle (In a wave). For example look at stocks, Our moods though out a day, day and night, hot and cold, the list goes on… Most of this will seem quite common, however most of Us Do not plan for it. We go about Our Lives reacting instead of Responding.

Lets take for example when You are going about Your day, and some thing unexpected happens(bad or Good). Most of Us(including Me) react and wonder how We deserved this or Better yet, Attracted it. In a way, We act as though We are victims of circumstances. There are ways to Be prepared for much of what happens in Our Lives, and Being Responsive(Responsible) is the main way to Be ready. Another way, is to graph Your day according to ups and downs(in a way that is specific to the way You feel). And what I mean by this is carry around a notebook with You, and document when some thing Good happens, and when some thing You deem bad happens.

You will start to notice a obvious pattern, and I assure You the Universe always brings Balance and order to the Ebb and Flow of things going on in Your Life! At first You may think documenting Your Life is trivial, however it will become routine, and Better yet You will soon Be Able to plan Your day the way You Desire it to Be!!! Another Good reason for this is, “A Life Worth Living, is a Life Worth recording!” I Learned that from one of My many Mentors.

Give this a Honest go for 21 days, as after that is will become habit, and You will Be the Author of Your Own Life!

I Am going to admit, I Receive most of My Thoughts and Ideas while in the shower. Today I Thought of this concept “The Spellbound Effect”, it goes as such. Do You notice when You are intrigued with some one such as a movie star, author, business owner, Friend, etc… Some one You look up to, it is cause there is some thing in them that You either wish to possess or detest.

What I mean is, Have You noticed We are interested in what goes on in others Lives both negative and positive. For example gossip magazines, media, news, etc… What ever is Being presented, You are some what interested to know, and You end up over time following some one’s Life when ever possible.

Now, why Do We Do this? Why Do We Care what is going on in some one’s Life? I Believe it is because they are Resonating some thing You wish to possess or detest. This is Powerful, as it Can Help You Grow either way. Let’s say You Have a Mentor, some one You Can model to Be. They possess Qualities You Desire to Emanate. The Easiest way to get these Qualities is to associate Your Self with some one who Has what You Desire.

This also, works for the latter. If People around You possess lesser Qualities, things You detest, then this will propel You to search for the Qualities You wish to Have! Or You will continue to Be some one You dislike. Now, “Where are You going with this?” You may ask,  “We are all drawn to People that Aspire to Be Great!”. I Call this “The Spellbound Effect”!!!

We are Attracted to People who Achieve what they Desire! However, why are We interested in the negative things others Do? Well, that is because there is some thing within Us that detests that, and wishes to make it Better. So, instead of making things Better in Our Self, We continue to read, watch, and listen to the stuff out there that is negative, and will continue to Attract the stuff that You detest. The only way to change what You Do not Like out there, You must change what You are within! When You Do this, I Promise You will Enjoy the Experiences in Your Life!

Have You noticed the Self-Help(contradiction if You are seeking outside of You for Help) movement, that is now a huge industry? I know when it first came out, and still to this moment, it was intended to Empower who ever Embraced it. However, I Have noticed it is perpetuating itself by providing the same stuff over and over, but by a different author, method, guru…

The point I Am getting across here is, reaching out for Help is Good, however Being Empowered is You! Reaching outside Your Self, will continue until You reach the point of realizing it is You who is the Guru of You!

Knowledge is Good! So reading this, watching that, listening to what ever, etc… is Perfectly alright, as long as You are Being and knowing who You Truly are while Doing so. I Have come to the final realization that I Am who I Am, and all other info presented to Me is for further Knowledge and Experiencing!

One of the definitions of the word Role caught My attention. It is as such, 2). The characteristic and expected social behavior of an individual. Hmmmm… “expected” by whom?

I Am sure You Have noticed, that You act certain roles according to what social situation You are in, such as when You are in the Presence of You Parents, Friends, Children, Co-workers, so-called authority… How Do You act around those certain roles?

Most of Us Do not even notice We change from role to role. I feel if You are Being Your True Self, these roles You put on several times a day, are not required.  I know when I change roles over the course of the day, I feel rather exhausted as result of it.

Now Being Your Authentic Self is Easier than You may think! Have You ever noticed how You act around a Pet and/or a Child? In those instances You are Your True Self, as You know You are not Being judged. Now, the trick is to ‘Be’ without that feeling of judgment! It is Being without seeking justification of what others think,  that is Your True Self. And when You  ‘Be’ You more, and more in-front of the various roles, then You will break free of the roles You act  as well!
