We Have all Experienced “frustration” from time to time.
It seems the more You resist, the more Powerful it gets.
The Best technique once told to Me, was to Embrace what ever it is that frustrates You.
Allow it to burn through so-to-speak.
For example, when I play squash with a Friend of Mine, there are times when I Am in the groove, then when I Am not, I allow frustration to grab hold, and ruin the rest of the match.
However, I started asking MySelf questions, ones that would trick My Sub-Conscious into allowing Me to Feel as though I Am getting Better in that very Moment, and turn things around.
And guess what, it actually worked. Just when I thought I was on the path of frustration, I allowed MySelf to ask questions like “Why Am I getting Better?”, and “Why Am I Doing Better?”.
So when You Feel frustration veering it’s little head, take a moment to re-Affirm that You are Good at what ever You Do 🙂
I Have Given this statement much Thought in the past, and finally came to a conclusion moments ago…
Realizing We are all capable of various persona’s, I firmly Believe that no matter that persona, deep down Our Intent is Purely LOVING!
“How, When there are People that wish to Do harm, and malice Intent?!” You may say… Well, step back and think about that un-biasedly for a moment.
Anger, rage, hate takes a lot of effort to maintain, however Love, Care, Compassion takes no-effort what so ever! You may think it does, however I know it does not. If You remove the ego, completely for a moment… I guarantee You that Giving Love, Care, Compassion is effortless, it Genuinely Feels Natural.
So, back to the statement “Sheep in Wolf’s Clothing”, and what does it mean? I Believe it shows ALL of Us Have a Pure Loving Intent within always! And Our egoic shell of a wolf is just a manufactured mask We Created over Our Life-time.
For Most of Us whether We are Aware of it or not, are afraid of change. Also, most of Us Believe change is difficult. I Can tell You this for certain, no matter what You Do or Do not Do, change is always happening.
Think about that for a moment… Change is always happening! It may Be subtle, however it is definitely happening. One of the main reasons You may not notice is because “habits shadow change”. When We Have a routine, change does seem to Be non-existent, it seems as though We are at a stand still in Our Life.
There are different levels of change, such as subtle, gradual, and drastic. However again, there is always change happening in every moment. For most of Us change is one of Our most dominant fears.
Change when Embraced on any level dissolves the fear(this holds True for any fear). That may seem Easy, and Believe Me at first it is not, however just Like any habit/routine, the more You Do some thing, the Easier it becomes.
Now as You go about Your moments in Life, You Can Be rest Assured whether You know it or not, change is always happening! Your Choices are to Allow or resist it.
I know most of Us Have Experienced Deja Vu at some point in Our Life. The dictionary definition of Deja Vu is “the experience of thinking that a new situation had occurred before”. That definition is fairly correct, however I came across a more interesting description of what Deja Vu is in a book titled “Thiaoouba Prophecy” by Michel Desmarquet.
It is stated in the book Simply that, You Have been shown all the Experiences You are going to Live before they happen. And the cool thing is You Chose the Life You are in from a Infinite list of Lives to Live. Now what happens with all You Have been shown before You enter the Human body is, it all gets erased! However when You encounter Deja Vu at that moment in Your Life, it means that info was not properly erased from Your memory banks, hence that is why it Feels like You Have Lived that moment before.
Now most Believe that Deja Vu is based upon You Lived that moment in a past Life You Lived, and You are re-Living that moment again. I Honestly Believe that happens when You are in a area of the Planet that is completely new to You, and it Feels as though You Have been there before. That is based upon a past Life Experience, however not Deja Vu.
What ever You Chose to Believe, I Enjoy Michel’s reason for Deja Vu, especially the part that “I” Chose this Life to Live! It Gives a sense of Purpose for Being here.

The other day a Friend of Mine asked if was Able to assist Him with Creating a website similar to this one. I accepted, and set a date to go to His place and Create the site for Him. It was a Success! I had the site up and running after a couple of hours of figuring out what to Do. It is funny really, this site (Umattr.info) was Created for Me by a Friend of Mine, and I have Simply taught My Self how to Do every thing in regards to the site ever since. So when I accepted to Create My Friends site for Him, in Essence I really did not have a technical clue what to Do. I Simply “winged it”, so to speak.
It really Amazes Me what each one of Us are capable of when put to the test. We all have Our special piece for the pie on this Planet, and even the Universe for that matter! I feel that is where True Motivation comes from, when We are of Service to either some one, and/or the Planet!
For example one may say “Money is Motivation!”, and I will completely disagree with that whole Heartedly. Reason Being is money can Be devalued to no thing at any Moment, just by not Believing and/or not having Confidence in that measure of Value any more. Really think about that… We Give Value to what ever We see fit at any Moment! So in turn what Motivates You to Do what You Do? I Truly Believe it is the Satisfaction of Being of Service to others.
I know for Me providing in-Formation to every one, Gives Me Gratification! I Do this site Truly for Free, I have no obligations set forth in which You have to adhere to, in order to view this site. I Do not require donations, or sales to keep providing Info to every one. And I still Share what I feel is high Quality Knowledge that has been Given to Me!
Thank You for the Support, it is Honestly Appreciated 🙂
This word is interesting! I looked it up in a dictionary recently, and noticed it has more definitions than most words I know! What I Am more intrigued by is how the word Gives some of Us skeptical responses when presented with it. For example, I walk up to some one on the street and offer them a 2o dollar bill. The Person offered the bill will most likely Give You a perplexed look and may accept it, but there is some form of hesitation.
I Believe this all comes down to how most of Us have been conditioned from past experiences in regards to Receiving ‘Free’ stuff. And stuff can relate to any thing from, Info, Objects, Hugs, even Smiles! I remember when I was in Mexico a year ago, and merchants would come up to You stating “Look at My stuff, almost Free!”, I got quite a laugh out of that every time that statement was used. It is experiences like that, that program You to Be skeptical in other situations.
I honestly Do My Best to treat every moment as completely new, and not pre-judge the moment as it is happening. I find Now, that more Opportunities arise as result of this Choice.
It is funny, this article will probably open up some skepticism as well! The point here is, keep always open to new offerings regardless of past programmings, You may Be surprised with the results 🙂

I remember a Friend of Mine asking Me this question “Is it Worth it?”. At first I really never really under stood the question, but more recently I know the deeper meaning behind it.
Let’s say You desire a new automobile. You found one You really like, it costs approximately $50,000. You have a automobile at the moment that has served You well over the years. You receive a income of $55,000 per year, and have expenses of approximately three quarters Your yearly salary. The automobile You currently use functions rather well. The new auto You desire is twice the purchase amount of Your current auto. If You work the math out, You have approximately $18,000 a year to finance the auto You desire.
Now forget the above paragraph. It is not even relevant in the choice of purchasing that new auto. It really comes down to “Is it Worth it?”. Do You feel as though this new auto will serve You better than Your current auto? Do You feel You deserve a new auto? What are the real reasons You desire this new auto? The list is endless… What I Am getting at here is, Worth is not all about what dollar amount is attached to that item! What I may find useful, You may find useless! And vice versa. It is all based on what You require it for, moment to moment.
Make choices in Your Life based on Your requirements, and Enjoy the process! Who cares what others may think or say. If it is Worth it to You, that is all that really matters!
As some of You may know I was arrested on the 23 of November 2009 at approximately 2000 hrs for Obstruction of Justice. The whole situation started with officers pulling Me over in regards to her judgment on Me supposedly running a red light. I knew from when I use to volunteer at one of Edmonton’s police stations for 3 years that You do not argue with a statute enforcement officer, so I simply stated My perspective. Where this gets interesting is when I was asked for My documents, I replied “I will once You show Me Your documents?”. This did not go over well with the already irate officer, she proceeded to laugh and use a few swear words. She then walked away, and came back a while later asking Me again for My documents, I replied “Not until I see Yours”. She then in anger stated as she was walking away, I was getting numerous tickets, and My truck impounded.
The other officer came over and asked what was the issue, I asked him for proof of identification as well, he flashed his badge, but as the light was poor I was unable to see any info. I simply requested a business card with a name and badge number, for I knew many officers carried these, to which I told him that I had in the past volunteered at the west division station. He then asked Me to step out of the truck, I responded “Why?”, he said “Obstruction of Justice!”. I asked how so, he proceeded to try and open My truck door, it was locked, My window was down, so he reached inside and opened the door. He then grabbed My arm and pulled Me out of My automobile. The other officer ran over to aid her fellow man by placing Me on the ground firstly handcuffing My left wrist then after punching My kidneys several times they had My other wrist to finish the restraint. While the altercation was going on I was yelling “RELAX, RELAX…”.
After thus forward I went silent, because I know once You have been placed under arrest any thing You do and/or say may and will be used against You in a court of law. This did not go over well with them at all, once they had all My belongings from My pockets and placed Me in the back seat of their squad car, they continued to banter profanity about, and/or at Me to try and get Me to react. They asked Me various questions to who I was, from do You under stand the charges against You. Mixed into the questions was “You never f-ing volunteered with Us”, and “They should have never allowed f-ing idiots like You to volunteer”, You get the picture, they I under stood their tactics rather early, they were simply trying to get Me to react, to which then they would have some thing to charge Me with, cause at the moment they only had an obstruction of justice charge. They waited for the tow truck they had called earlier, and after searching My truck, We then proceeded to the north division station.
At the station I dealt with mostly the male officer, to which he actually was a nice individual. I figured because he was not around the other senior officer, cause I noticed when she was around he would go back into serious mode, and he would whisper to Me what I could do to help My Self out in this situation. I genuinely fealt simpathy for this officer, cause he was young and sincere to what he was doing. It was the stubborn, and jaded views of the other officer that was teaching him to be like her. Then again this is My opinion
I was treated rather well at the station. Even though I had My mug shot and finger prints taken. I received 4 traffic tickets totaling $1000, and an obstruction of justice charge to which I Am to appear in court January 5, 2010. I Am not judging the officers for what had happened, I simply accept and forgive what transpired that evening. I wish not pursue having them suspended, for that does not solve any thing. That will just jade them even further. What ever the female officer has going on in her mind is torture enough, and I wish her luck on working out her issues. The male officer has a genuine caring nature about him, and I hope he keeps it strong throughout his Life!
I will deal with this situation as it comes moment to moment, it is a learning experience for Me. I have great intentions, and I know the out come will be good either way. The point of this situation described in this article is that no matter what, always question every thing, for every moment is different, and growth comes from change. I did leave out some small details from this event, for a lot went on in the three and half hours it happened, but the important info I feel is written above. If You wish to know more email Me, and I will gladly tell You what You desire to know.
I have forgiven but will never forget 🙂

This is rather interesting, as I was pulled over, then arrested for “Obstruction of Justice” back on:
23 of November, 2009
For requesting ID from a so-called Police Officer.
I went to court, and in the end was put on probation for a year, with community service.
So I hope, ALL the Police Officers, and Peace Officers know that Civilians are ALLOWED to request ID from them.
This is more common than I have known in the past. For example I hesitate to buy things some times based on the fear I might not have money, silly but true. We tend to have fear do to the fact some thing happened to Us in the past, and now every time a similar scenario presents it Self, We view that experience on what happened in the past.
This sucks, to be honest. Because it prevents Us from experiencing every thing a new. If You really think about it, every moment is truly unique. You may think there are similar moments but truly they are all different. The only reason it may seem the same is because You are playing the same movie of what happened before in Your mind in that moment. Take for instance when You were a Child, and You had yet to discover fire for Your Self. When You first saw it, it was foreign to You. You were curious, so like all curious Children You explore. You eventually touch the fire, and get burned or experience extreme heat. From that moment forward You will remember that experience, and have a completely different view on fire. You will be some what afraid of it, avoid getting burned. This goes for every thing in Our lives.
Beliefs are formed by these past experiences. Our beliefs shape what We choose to perceive in Our moments of consciousness. Some serve You well, many do not! Think of some beliefs You have that hinder Your from doing what You would Love to do. There are ways to change those beliefs easily, and painlessly. One method I like is called “Psych-K”, and it was developed by Rob Wlliams. It uses kinesioiogy to help verify and correct specific beliefs You have. So this brings Us back to what I started with, “fear in doing”. It really all stems from Your beliefs, change those to beliefs that serve You better, than You will do with out fear! To find out more on the “Psych-K” method click on the link below, or the picture above.
