Exercises for the Eyes

Staring and straining are the worse things You Can Do to Your Eyes. After a long day at work, the Eyes are tired and need to Relax and Renew to Improve Vision. The constant strain day in and day out does nothing but damage the Eyes. Below are three Exercises Designed to remove the Eye strain.

The first Exercise is the Dot Exercise. To do this find a period or comma on the page and Focus on making it as clear as possible. Stare at the period until it comes into Focus. Chances are after a few seconds the period will actually become less clear and blurry.

Relax Your Eyes. Close them for a minute and let them Relax. Now look at the period without straining. Do not stare; instead, let Your Eyes slowly move around the page, over and around the period. Do not Focus only on the period, the eyes require movement. Make sure to blink a bit. Close Your Eyes and picture the dot, then look at it again. Once the Eyes are Relaxed it Will Be Easier to see the period.

The second Exercise is the Word Exercise. Find a word on the page that is five or more letters long. Stare at the word so that all the letters are in view, but Do not move the Eyes. Focus entirely on the whole word, get the Best image in Your head. Again, staring and Concentrating hard is going to cause the word to blur.

Now, Relax Your Eyes and allow them to move slowly over, around, and across each letter of the word. Blink. Allow the Eyes to lead You; Do not force them to look at what You want. The word Will Be clearer when You look at it again. Letting the Eyes move around is what Will Help them work Best without the strain.

The third Exercise is the Double Vision Exercise. This Exercise is meant to get Your Eyes to work together as a Team. Most People use one Eye to look at an object, while the other Eye does its Own thing. Squinting Can Help bring an object into Focus with both Eyes, but this causes unnecessary stress.  The trick is to Relax the Eyes, Focus on the object in a Calm way, and allow both Eyes to Focus together.

Learning Exercises to Relax the Eyes is a Great way to Develop lasting habits and ensure Great Eye sight for years to come.

The Inner Connect Technique

I Am subscribed to a newsletter title “Infinite Being” by Owen Waters. Today I Received a Simple and Easy technique to find Solutions to any problem You may Be challenging.

Step 1. Turn your attention away from the outside world and focus within.

Step 2. Know that you know. At a soul level of awareness, you already know the best solution.

Step 3. Focus on your soul awareness and ask it to show your conscious mind the answer.

Step 4. The first idea that pops into your head is the answer. If a second idea follows, ignore it. It’s the first one that counts.

The universal law that makes this technique work is quite
simple and straightforward:

Believe and You shall Receive.

Assumed Higher Powers

I have under stood this for some time now, I Am choosing to share what I know. There are two sides to ‘Higher Powers’, 1) Invisible Source of Energy 2) People of assumptive importance

Lets start with the first one ‘Invisible Source of Energy’. We all know there are things out there that We can and can not see as energy, take electricity for instance, We all know it exists, but can not physically see it! This goes for a lot of things. But I wish not elaborate on those, for there are too many things to write about here.

Second, ‘People of assumptive importance’. This is simple really. What do some consider “important”? Some one with lots of money? Some one with lots of education? Some one who has many followers?… I agree to the last statement, but only in the context of how it ‘debilitates’ You as a free thinker. What I mean is why do they supposedly have power? Because You “Believe they do!”. Once You stop focusing on what does not empower You, then You realize the importance of who You are truly! I do not mean that in a egotistical context, but more a inward acknowledgment of pure Self. This can be implemented into all aspects of Your existence.

I stopped reading the news papers, watching tv, looking at fear mongering websites… You get the picture. Some will say “Matt, but what You are doing is embracing ignorance!”. I dis-agree with that whole heartedly! I know the problems of the World. I agree, I do not know specifically all the problems of the World, and I agree that one does not require to, in order to under stand  that if We stopped making every problem a personal issue, then the collective issues made from the personal issue will seize to exist entirely! And that is what it is all about, taking full responsibility for all that goes on in Your experience. Guilt is based on this fully. To plead “not-guilty” is to plead “not-responsible”. Guilt is not a bad word, as is a lot of words We assume have negative connotations wrapped around them.

Complexity is a man-made thing, I believe every thing is simple. We tend to label this and label that, classify this and classify that, but when You get down to it all, every thing simply just is as it is. No fancy explanations. How do You think nature thrives as it does, I can tell You with certainty  it is simple and does not have a ego to get in the way of what it does best. Nature is connected to a infinite source, as is every thing else, As Human Beings We have dis-connected Our Selves from nature, and source. It is unfortunate, because I believe nature knows best, look at how no matter what has happened over the many millions of years on this planet, it has still managed to survive with out technology, knowledge, ego, nuclear bombs… I trust nature, it will always know best. Just observe it, and You will see what I mean.

Assuming is one thing I have learned recently, that it does not serve well in any regards. It is always best to ask questions to change that assumption into a fact, and that can be some what dangerous as well for facts are perceived differently from person to person. So use that advice with caution. Assuming is a difficult habit to break, but like all habits if You persist at changing them for the better, it will soon become common place just like the habit You replaced. ‘They’ say it takes “30 days to change a habit”, but I believe with more advanced methods, You can achieve faster results.

So to conclude, if You focus Your energy on those You assume are powerful, then You are correct in thinking they are powerful! But only to You. To assume they are powerful to others, is false in so many ways as explained above. Focus on what serves You well, remembering not to harm any one and any thing else in the process!
