This word is interesting! I looked it up in a dictionary recently, and noticed it has more definitions than most words I know! What I Am more intrigued by is how the word Gives some of Us skeptical responses when presented with it. For example, I walk up to some one on the street and offer them a 2o dollar bill. The Person offered the bill will most likely Give You a perplexed look and may accept it, but there is some form of hesitation.
I Believe this all comes down to how most of Us have been conditioned from past experiences in regards to Receiving ‘Free’ stuff. And stuff can relate to any thing from, Info, Objects, Hugs, even Smiles! I remember when I was in Mexico a year ago, and merchants would come up to You stating “Look at My stuff, almost Free!”, I got quite a laugh out of that every time that statement was used. It is experiences like that, that program You to Be skeptical in other situations.
I honestly Do My Best to treat every moment as completely new, and not pre-judge the moment as it is happening. I find Now, that more Opportunities arise as result of this Choice.
It is funny, this article will probably open up some skepticism as well! The point here is, keep always open to new offerings regardless of past programmings, You may Be surprised with the results 🙂
The other day My GirlFriend Amanda found a passed on Pigeon on Our balcony. It was in a cuddled up position as though it just sat there to calmly pass away. It inspired Me to think, that the Form was there but the Life was gone. I came to the conclusion that all that is in Our Experiences is borrowed. Think of any thing that is ‘not’ borrowed in essence?
This applies to every thing! From the form, to the formless. It is very settling to know that when We are done here with this Experience, every thing We have accumulated stays behind as We Simply move on. It’s funny how majority of Our society is all about owning this and that, but in fact every thing is only borrowed.
You can Now relax at trying to own every thing in Your Experience, it will relieve a lot of unnecessary stress You may have in regards to this mission. When You relinquish to not owning any thing, then no thing can Be ever taken from You, for You are Simply borrowing it. These are Easy words to write and say, but is it Easy to Do. When You make it habitual, it becomes Easy. Just like any thing, once it You get use to Doing it, then it is Easy and Simple.
I remember a line from a song by ‘The Bouncing Souls’ called ‘New Day’. It goes “I say live for today, Cuz everything you have is just borrowed!”. So I know I Am not the only one who knows this 🙂
I discovered that Being some thing is more Powerful than thinking You are some thing! If You have noticed when You are what You Desire, thoughts of what You Desire Simply pop into Your Mind more readily. For example, when You are Happy, Happy thoughts Flourish! But if You think Happy thoughts You some times Do not feel Happy.
Some times it is Easier said than done. I can sit here and write ‘Be Wealthy!’, ‘Be Healthy!’, and ‘Be Caring!’… And it makes for Great theory, but in a Moment of Doing it, You may have thoughts of doubt, worry, or fear. Those thoughts are from the ego, and what the ego Loves is verification from the past and the possibility of the future. When no matter what You Do, or think there is only ever Now! Even the past and future can only happen in the Now.
The past is only ever memories of what You have Experienced. The future is what Your mind Creates, that can possibly happen, usually based on what has happen in the past. And all that can only happen in the Present!
So with that, You Simply Being what You Desire, using ‘I Am’ in front of as many thoughts and verbal statements possible, will place You completely in the Now of what You Desire! And trust Me if You are truly Being what You Choose to Be always, Your Life Experience will Be Greatly Enhanced!
Give it a go.

As some of You may know I was arrested on the 23 of November 2009 at approximately 2000 hrs for Obstruction of Justice. The whole situation started with officers pulling Me over in regards to her judgment on Me supposedly running a red light. I knew from when I use to volunteer at one of Edmonton’s police stations for 3 years that You do not argue with a statute enforcement officer, so I simply stated My perspective. Where this gets interesting is when I was asked for My documents, I replied “I will once You show Me Your documents?”. This did not go over well with the already irate officer, she proceeded to laugh and use a few swear words. She then walked away, and came back a while later asking Me again for My documents, I replied “Not until I see Yours”. She then in anger stated as she was walking away, I was getting numerous tickets, and My truck impounded.
The other officer came over and asked what was the issue, I asked him for proof of identification as well, he flashed his badge, but as the light was poor I was unable to see any info. I simply requested a business card with a name and badge number, for I knew many officers carried these, to which I told him that I had in the past volunteered at the west division station. He then asked Me to step out of the truck, I responded “Why?”, he said “Obstruction of Justice!”. I asked how so, he proceeded to try and open My truck door, it was locked, My window was down, so he reached inside and opened the door. He then grabbed My arm and pulled Me out of My automobile. The other officer ran over to aid her fellow man by placing Me on the ground firstly handcuffing My left wrist then after punching My kidneys several times they had My other wrist to finish the restraint. While the altercation was going on I was yelling “RELAX, RELAX…”.
After thus forward I went silent, because I know once You have been placed under arrest any thing You do and/or say may and will be used against You in a court of law. This did not go over well with them at all, once they had all My belongings from My pockets and placed Me in the back seat of their squad car, they continued to banter profanity about, and/or at Me to try and get Me to react. They asked Me various questions to who I was, from do You under stand the charges against You. Mixed into the questions was “You never f-ing volunteered with Us”, and “They should have never allowed f-ing idiots like You to volunteer”, You get the picture, they I under stood their tactics rather early, they were simply trying to get Me to react, to which then they would have some thing to charge Me with, cause at the moment they only had an obstruction of justice charge. They waited for the tow truck they had called earlier, and after searching My truck, We then proceeded to the north division station.
At the station I dealt with mostly the male officer, to which he actually was a nice individual. I figured because he was not around the other senior officer, cause I noticed when she was around he would go back into serious mode, and he would whisper to Me what I could do to help My Self out in this situation. I genuinely fealt simpathy for this officer, cause he was young and sincere to what he was doing. It was the stubborn, and jaded views of the other officer that was teaching him to be like her. Then again this is My opinion
I was treated rather well at the station. Even though I had My mug shot and finger prints taken. I received 4 traffic tickets totaling $1000, and an obstruction of justice charge to which I Am to appear in court January 5, 2010. I Am not judging the officers for what had happened, I simply accept and forgive what transpired that evening. I wish not pursue having them suspended, for that does not solve any thing. That will just jade them even further. What ever the female officer has going on in her mind is torture enough, and I wish her luck on working out her issues. The male officer has a genuine caring nature about him, and I hope he keeps it strong throughout his Life!
I will deal with this situation as it comes moment to moment, it is a learning experience for Me. I have great intentions, and I know the out come will be good either way. The point of this situation described in this article is that no matter what, always question every thing, for every moment is different, and growth comes from change. I did leave out some small details from this event, for a lot went on in the three and half hours it happened, but the important info I feel is written above. If You wish to know more email Me, and I will gladly tell You what You desire to know.
I have forgiven but will never forget 🙂

This is rather interesting, as I was pulled over, then arrested for “Obstruction of Justice” back on:
23 of November, 2009
For requesting ID from a so-called Police Officer.
I went to court, and in the end was put on probation for a year, with community service.
So I hope, ALL the Police Officers, and Peace Officers know that Civilians are ALLOWED to request ID from them.
What to say about “death”? I know We all experience the loss of some one, or some thing in some form, or another. I also know that We will have it happen to Us some day. My question is “why is death so mis under stood?” What I mean by that is, why do a lot of Us know so little about this inevitable event? I believe it has to do with Our choice to ignore it, and the lack of information on it.
A lot of Us are scared of death. Being scared is usually based upon the belief of uncertainty. In order to release that fear, You can choose to educate Your Self about it, or choose not to believe it at all. I remember reading a quote that stated “Die before You die!”, meaning imagine Your death and all that proceeds it. The reason, I believe they say to do this, is so You can try, and become more familiar with death, and embrace the fact that it will happen.
I have in the last 4 years known quite a number of close people passing on. It seems to come in waves, I had never experienced the loss of any thing except a pet, up until four years back. I guess You could say I have been fortunate to not have experienced this, Although I have mixed emotions on this. Reason being is, I wish not have any one close, or any one for that matter die, but that is a egotistical thing to think. Really it is Me, having a hard time allowing that person to move on, to where ever it is We go after death.
I Am becoming more and more at ease with the process of people around Me passing. You may think, “Matt, that is a insensitive thing to think!” I use to think that as well, but over time, and as more and more people around Me pass on. I have come to realize it is just Me being Selfish in thinking they have to stay around for Me. Really think about that, it is Us that get upset when others pass away. And I believe it is perfectly normal and fine, We are Beings of habits and routines, and when those habits, routines are changed not by choice, We tend to get rather upset about it. But there are people that continue to dwell on the fact that others have left them, or some thing took them away from them. The reason for this article is not to judge and/or insult how You go about Your grieving, and/or how long it takes to grieve, but to provide You awareness of how We are before, during and after the process of death.
I miss those who use to be around Me, and at the same time admire where they have journeyed to. For one day, I to will be there, but now I know, I Am no longer afraid for it to happen.
This is more common than I have known in the past. For example I hesitate to buy things some times based on the fear I might not have money, silly but true. We tend to have fear do to the fact some thing happened to Us in the past, and now every time a similar scenario presents it Self, We view that experience on what happened in the past.
This sucks, to be honest. Because it prevents Us from experiencing every thing a new. If You really think about it, every moment is truly unique. You may think there are similar moments but truly they are all different. The only reason it may seem the same is because You are playing the same movie of what happened before in Your mind in that moment. Take for instance when You were a Child, and You had yet to discover fire for Your Self. When You first saw it, it was foreign to You. You were curious, so like all curious Children You explore. You eventually touch the fire, and get burned or experience extreme heat. From that moment forward You will remember that experience, and have a completely different view on fire. You will be some what afraid of it, avoid getting burned. This goes for every thing in Our lives.
Beliefs are formed by these past experiences. Our beliefs shape what We choose to perceive in Our moments of consciousness. Some serve You well, many do not! Think of some beliefs You have that hinder Your from doing what You would Love to do. There are ways to change those beliefs easily, and painlessly. One method I like is called “Psych-K”, and it was developed by Rob Wlliams. It uses kinesioiogy to help verify and correct specific beliefs You have. So this brings Us back to what I started with, “fear in doing”. It really all stems from Your beliefs, change those to beliefs that serve You better, than You will do with out fear! To find out more on the “Psych-K” method click on the link below, or the picture above.
I have been wondering for some time that are We Beings having a Human experience or is it the other way around? Many may say it is neither, that it is what it is! I beg to differ on that last statement, do to the fact that when We change Ourselves within, the outer world is drastically viewed differently through Our eyes! For example think of someone that usually gives You a sense of un-ease, picture the person in Your mind, let the vision bring up negative feelings and e-motions. Now say to Yourself You “Forgive” them(accept Who they are). How do You feel now? If You truly forgave them, they will no longer stir up negative feelings or e-motions. You can do this for many of other things that give You a so called “icky” feeling inside. I have found many methods for releasing those negatively charged feelings, like EFT(Emotional Freedom Technique), Zpoint, and the Sedona Method. They all work wonders, and each of them give different results.
Another and more challenging way to create positive feelings and outcomes in Our lives is to correct Your way of thinking and speaking. It is simply just Being more aware of Your language. An easy way of catching Your limiting thoughts and speech is by having someone close to You or who knows You well, to ask them to pay close attention to how You speak. Have them catch words like “Can’t”, “Don’t”, “Didn’t”, “Couldn’t”, “Unable”, “Impossible”, “Hate”, “Fear”, “Worry”, “Need”, “Want”…These are examples of just a few words that are limiting. Do this, say “I want”, and then say “I have”, which one feels better? In Our language each word has an exact opposite(a contrast, positive and negative). Your best intention is to use the positive words that serve You better in Your every day speech and thought. This is all taught more specifically in the book “Conscious Language” written by Robert Tennyson Stevens. I wrote a blog about where You can find his book back on September 22, 2009. Check it out.
What I understand about Us is, We can choose to view the world negatively or positively(Pessimistic or Optimistic). The key word from that statement is “Choose”, that is a powerful word! It is the basis of how We go about Our lives. Many may think or say “I have to do this” or “I have no other choice”, simply put “You always have a choice!”. Truly think about it…No one makes You do any thing! You will think of a million reasons or scenarios that, that statement does not hold true, but when You truly get to the back bone of it all, You do have a choice! It gives You a good feeling inside:) You get Your power back(although it was always there). For example You give police officers authority over You or do You? When did You say any one had authority over You? Remember as far back as You can to when You said or signed a paper stating You wished to be governed? You have trouble remembering it, it’s cause You did not agree to it! And now You continue to choose to be told what You can and can not do.
It’s funny how We have become so un-conscious to things We do on a daily basis! And in a sense scary! We all do it, take for instance when You operate a auto mobile. You get engaged in a conversation with some one who is in Your vehicle, and then You try to remember the intersection You just traveled through, was the light “green” or “red”? It is difficult to truly remember isn’t it, cause You were completely focused on Your conversation. Now remember when You were first learning how to operate a auto mobile, how focused You were on every thing in the vehicle, it was all so foreign and new to You, but as You got more and more familiar to operating the vehicle. You became more and more un-conscious to how You drove, and are more focused on what You may be doing that day or using Your mobile phone, or playing with Your stereo! Becoming re-acquainted with how You go about Your day is a good practice to Being more aware of things You take for granted.
This brings Me back to My original question “Are We Beings having a Human experience”? May be it is neither! Either way I believe that We are here creating every thing We see and experience through Our mind. And above are simple, useful ways You can help change within and You will notice a drastic outer Human experience!
