Outside the Box

Have You ever noticed when You think outside traditional means(which is usually called normal and/or sane), You tend to get uncomfortable and/or Receive backlash from others around You. Why is this?

In the past this has prevented Me from Doing what I really Desired to Do. However Now, I Simply Trust My gut feelings(Intuition) rather than agree with conflicting opinions to My thoughts. I suggest You Do the same. Ponder on this for a moment,  think of a time when You really had a Desire to Do some thing and You knew with all Your Being it was possible and Beneficial. Did You act on it? Did You follow it through to Fruition? Or did You Simply heed warning from others not to ever bother? Or did Your Own Beliefs or Values prevent You from completing it?

I really Believe if You Have doubts within Your Self in any regards, what presents itself outside of You will Simply verify Your doubts. For example, whenever You Do some thing You Have not done before, You are some what reserved in Doing it, Your Confidence is lacking. However, You practice at it over and over until You get Comfortable and Confident with it! Now, lets say some one laughs at You for supposedly not Doing well at some thing, I guarantee some where inside Your mind, You will either Receive that as a insult, or will Simply allow it to pass without any feeling or emotion to the Experience. To further on that, if You are insulted that means You are lacking the Confidence, and are the one with the problem, not the Person who was laughing.

Paradigms

This word seemed to elude Me for several years until yesterday. It got Me Thinking that Paradigms, are synonymous with habits and Beliefs. The definition for a Paradigm is as follows: One that serves as a pattern or model, and A set of assumptions, concepts, values, practices that constitutes a way of viewing reality for the community that shares them, especially in an intellectual discipline.

Now it seems to Me that when One holds a Paradigm that does not serve them in any way, even though it is some thing that may Be Comfortable to them, Your Life will continue to flow in the direction of the Paradigm. Lets say You were taught or Experienced a certain fear when growing up, such as the fear of heights. Think back to when You were Free of that fear… Now Think of when that fear came to Be… If You are Having difficulty in pinpointing when this was, or how it became to Be a fear. Simply relax, and clear Your mind of Thoughts. This is easily done by focusing on Your in and out breathes. You will notice when the only Thought You are holding during this process is that of which You wish to Remember, that memory will come to You with Ease.

The point of all this is to Have You notice that every thing We Experience and Perceive filters through Our Paradigms. Another example that was Given to Me was, how is it when People speak of skin color they refer to dark skinned People as “black”, and light skinned People as “white”. When if You really notice that the dark skinned People are a dark shade of brown, and the white skinned are more of a light shade of brown. However We see what We Choose to see, and usually We see what is not Truly there, based upon Our Paradigms!

You may Be wondering, how Do I change a Paradigm that is not serving Me Well? Like I stated above, Paradigms are synonymous with habits, Simply Create a new habit! Start small, and move Your way up from there. We all Have routines, whether We Believe that or not, We all Do. Now if some one, or You interrupt a routine even slightly, most of Us tend to get un-Comfortable for a Moment until We fall back into Our groove again. It has been said that when You are un-Comfortable with some thing, that You are Doing some thing right in way of changing a Paradigm, for once You break through the un-Comfort, that new Paradigm will soon become Comfortable, and Compliment what You Desire out of Life.

I Have noted before some where that “Your Life is working Perfectly for the way You Think!” and this is completely True, whether You Like it or not. Your thoughts Create Your Reality! So I suggest Being Aware of what You are Thinking if You Desire to Experience more of what You Dream about!
